We are so glad that you have decided to register for the Pacific Northwest Quaker Women’s Theology Conference 2018. The conference begins Wednesday evening, June 6th at 7 pm, and closes Sunday at noon, June 10th. We look forward to sharing the conference experiences with you.Before registering, read the information below.
If you registered in 2014 or 2016, and are using the same email address you used then, it is already connected with a user id and password. Login in BEFORE clicking the orange button to register on-line. If you do not remember your password, click the “Lost your password?” link and the system will email you an opportunity to choose a new password that you can then use to log in.

We will all be staying in Riverfront Lodge, where sessions are held. Each room has its own bathroom, a queen-sized bed and a bunk bed.Bedding (sheets, blankets, towels) is provided.
The cost for the full retreat is $385 with a $10 discount if you pay by check. There are a limited number of weekend-only spots ($260).
We want to make attendance at the conference an option for all who wish to participate. There is no extra charge for the rooms that are wheelchair accessible & we are assigning lower bunks only. Please be sure to complete the section on the registration form describing your particular needs to assure that we are able to accommodate you and assign you an appropriate room.
All meals Thursday, Friday and Saturday as well as Sunday breakfast will be provided. You are on your own for Wednesday supper and Sunday lunch. We will have a well provisioned snack table.
Canby Grove can accommodate the following dietary needs: gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, Vegan, Vegetarian.If you have other dietary needs, you will need to bring food you can eat. There are grocery stores in Canby, less than two miles away.
If you pay by paypal or credit/debit card you will need to pay the full amount when you register. If you pay by check, a 50% deposit ($192.50 for full conference, $130 for week-end only) is required at registration.
You will be registered for the 2018 PNWQWTC when you have paid all your fees AND you have submitted your reflection paper. No registration is complete without your paper. Click here for more information on reflection papers.
We seek a balance in age and participation amongst our Yearly Meetings.
We encourage you to register and pay as soon as possible. If you were unable to register by May 1 and way opens for you to attend, we encourage you to contact us. Similarly, if there are issues about when you will have the full payment, please let us know by making a note on the registration form.

You may take a $10 discount if paying by check. If you want to make partial payments over time or are requesting a scholarship, you must pay by check.
You do not need a PayPal account to use this option. You can use a credit or debit card by clicking the create an account link in PayPal. You must pay in full if you pay on-line. Our registration software does not allow for partial payments.

What Happens when You Register?
If you are a new attendee, attended before 2014 or if your email address has changed or if you register using the paper form:
A user account will be created for you as part of your conference registration.
This account will allow you to read documents not available to the general public. It will also give you access to portions of the website reserved for conference attendees, such as the ability to transmit and view reflection papers.
You will receive an email with your username and password.
You can change your password by clicking the “My Profile” link in the “Contact Us” menu tab.(Click here for password recommendations) or the “Lost your password?” link under the Login space.
