2016 Registration

Registration is now CLOSED

We are so glad that Gathering of Womenyou have decided to register for the Pacific Northwest Quaker Women’s Theology Conference 2016. The conference begins Wednesday evening, June 15th at 7 pm, and closes Sunday at noon, June 19th. We look forward to sharing the conference experiences with you.

Before registering, read the information below.  In particular, if you attended in 2014, the email you used then is already connected with a user id and password. Login in the black footer below. If you do not remember your password, you can request email to reset it.

Costs:

We will all be staying in Riverfront Lodge, where sessions are held. Click here for a virtual tour of the campus and facilities. Each room has its own bathroom, a queen-sized bed and a bunk bed.Bedding (sheets, blankets, towels) is provided.

The cost for the full retreat is $350. There are a limited number of weekend-only spots ($225).

Accessibility:

We want to make attendance at Roena Oestingthe conference an option for all who wish to participate. There is no extra charge for the rooms that are wheelchair accessible & we are assigning lower bunks only.  Please be sure to complete the section on the registration form describing your particular needs to assure that we are able to accommodate you and assign you an appropriate room.

Meals:

All meals Thursday, Friday and Saturday as well as Sunday breakfast will be provided. You are on your own for Wednesday supper and Sunday lunch. We will have a well provisioned snack table.

Alternate Diets:

Canby Grove can accommodate the following dietary needs: gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, Vegan, Vegetarian.If you have other dietary needs, you will need to bring food you can eat. There are grocery stores in Canby, less than two miles away.

Registration Closed

       Registration PAST If you pay by paypal or credit/debit card you will need to pay the full amount when you register. If you pay by check, a 50% deposit ($175 for full conference, $113 for week-end only) is required at registration.

You will be registered for the 2016 PNWQWTC when you have paid all your fees AND you have submitted your reflection paper. No registration is complete without your paper.  Click here for more information on reflection papers.

We encouraged you to register and pay as soon as possible. If you were unable to register by March 1 and way opens for you to attend, we encouraged you to contact us.   Similarly, if there are issues about when you will have the full payment,  please make a note of on the registration formlet us know.

      If you want to make partial payments over time or are requesting a scholarship, you must pay by check.

By PayPal: 

You do not need a PayPal account to use this option.  You can use a credit or debit card. There are two considerations to this option:

    • We ask you to pay a $10 fee when you pay on-line to cover the transaction fee PayPal charges us.
    • You must pay in full if you pay on-line. Our registration software does not allow for partial payments.

For Returning 2014 Registrants:

If you have the same email address:

You will be required to log in before your registration is accepted. You can log in at the bottom of this screen or on the on-line Registration page.

If you forget your 2014 user id, and/or password (12 or more characters long)

Click here to contact Cathy Thomas, Registrar, who can tell you the userid and send you a new password that you can then use.

Once you have logged in,  be sure to confirm the information in your profile is correct. Edit “My Profile” under the “Contact Us” menu.

What Happens when You Register?

If you did not attend the 2014 conference or if your email address has changed:

A user account will be created for you as part of your conference registration. This account will allow you to read documents not available to the general public. It will also give you access to portions of the website reserved for conference attendees, such as the ability to load and view reflection papers.

You will receive an email with your username and changeable password (Click here for password recommendations) .
